Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • - Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
  • - Items damaged during shipping qualify for a free replacement

Process:

  2. 2. We will review your request within 2 business days
  3. 3. If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we confirm your return request. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.
